I Miss A Tooth!!

Okay so I just came home from the dentist. Had a teeth removed for the very first time and he patched a hole on my right molar. I’m just glad the missing teeth isn’t obvious when I smile. It’s a bit far back.

That dentist was good. It didn’t hurt and it didn’t have that “nangingilo” feeling during the “pasta” moment.

I’m blogging this because it’s the first time I’ve had a tooth removed by a dentist. Yes, I’m 24 years old. And yes, I am an idiot who would like to blog about her first tooth removal in 24 years. Let me be. This is an important moment in my life.

I was pretty scared, really, since I had low tolerance when it came to medicinal pain. And tooth pain. Gawd, I hate toothaches like terrorism. I was making weird sounds when the anesthesia was being injected. The dentist kept on saying, “Relax. Relax.” I was gripping the chair and my feet were trying to wring with each other. Then the dentist couldn’t pull it out and he had to hammer my tooth out! My braaaain! My braaaain! I wanted to name the dentist Raigor Stonehoof.

Aaaaack!As I type this down, the anesthesia is weirdiiing ooouuuttt… Ack! I can’t swallow!! I can’t swallow!!

Feels slippery.

Took mefenamic and amoxicillin as the doctor prescribed. I had to eat bread first.

MORAL LESSON: EAT before going to the dentist.

Gawrd, what was I thinking skipping lunch for the dentist. T_T

Nikko tells me that it’ll hurt if I move too much and if I carry heavy stuff. I don’t know if he’s kidding. He also tells me it’s going to feel weird (but not hurt for as long as I follow my medication) for around three days. Takes some getting used to, he says.

I just hope this vacant space inside my mouth doesn’t annoy me so much that I won’t enjoy band practice on Saturday and Sunday.

Mmmmmr~

The anesthesia’s still here. We’ll be watching movies to pass the time.
